Refund & Return Policy
1. Delivery and Inspection
Every order is carefully packed, wrapped, and quality-checked to ensure it arrives free of defects. Upon receiving your shipment, please open and inspect the merchandise on the same day. It is your responsibility to check for any faults immediately.
2. Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are generally not permitted unless the item is out of stock, in which case a full refund (including courier charges) will be issued. However, if you need to cancel, you may only do so before the order has been sent out/dispatched. Once the shipment has left our facility, cancellations are no longer accepted.
3. Product Usage and Liability
We take no responsibility for any damage or health complications caused by using our products in a manner other than recommended in the manuals. You must strictly adhere to the suggested usage guidelines and do not consume more than the recommended dosage. Our liability is limited to the replacement value of defective items.
4. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Defective Items
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all new purchases, allowing you to evaluate your items for up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt. Any complaints forwarded to us after this 7-day period will no longer be entertained.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email ajasiaenterprise@gmail.com. Our Customer Support Team will acknowledge your request, accept the return, and provide a return authorization code along with the assigned return location. We will bear the courier charges for reissuing and replacing damaged or defective goods to you.
When emailing us, please provide your:
- Name
- Order Number & Item
- Contact Number
- Reason & Photo(s) of the damage
5. Return Conditions
Purchased products MUST be returned to us in unused condition. Please ensure that the item has not been used and that you retain the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for any items showing stains, scratches, or damage caused by carelessness or handling.
6. Evaluation and Resolution
Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine and test it in accordance with your complaint. If the described defect is found valid, Hamer2u.my will deliver a replacement to you. If we are unable to provide a replacement for any reason, we will issue a full refund for the product. We shall not be liable for any additional loss or damage resulting from the defective product.
