1. Processing Times

• All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
• You will receive a tracking number WhatsApp as soon as your courier label is generated.

2. Delivery Rates & Estimation Times

We utilize reliable local courier services (such as PosLaju, J&T Express, or DHL) to ensure safe arrival.

• West Malaysia (Semenanjung): Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Shipping is Free for all orders.
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Shipping is Free for all orders.

3. Tracking & Lost Packages

• You can track your package directly through the respective courier's portal using the provided tracking code.
• If your shipment experiences an unusual delay or goes missing, please notify us so we can immediately open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
